The house is located in a quiet place of the Residence Hispaniola on the Atlantic coast of the sunny Dominican Republic. 

The upper floor has a cozy terrace near a large pool, a comfortable living room and an open kitchen. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a separate full-fledged apartment with its own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. This option allows you to rent an apartment or make a working office or workshop there. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fans.
