I frequent Europa and some rooms are hit and miss. This one was pretty good. Clean, working a/c and great location. It’s on the second floor with a nice view. You get what you pay for and more.

My only con is probably a me issue… I wish he had a thicker blanket… The a/c at night kicked in and got extra cold… It would’ve been nice to bundle up instead of cover with a flash sheet… Turn off the a/c and roasted….

Great host and enjoyed my stay… Definitely will visit again…

Place exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated, cozy, quiet, private entrance to the beach and conveniently located. Shops and restaurants are 1-10 minutes away on foot. Highly recommended and can't wait to return.

Cute apartment that places you in walking distance to downtown Sousa but away from the noise. We've traveled to several beaches in the area, but the private beach and infinity pool at the condo were definitely the best in the area. The staff were all very nice and we felt very safe the entire time.

This condo is just as described. The location is ideal; very secure and just a 1-2 minute walk to the beach with private access for those staying at the Ocean Dream complex. The grounds are very well maintained and pool is cleaned daily. Great value for a great studio apartment! Would stay again 100%.

we can definitely recommend Nick's place. it is close to restaurants, shop's, late night liquor shop, beach, etc...
The place was clean, safe and had everything we needed for our stay.
