it ess a nice accommodation. it was a 10 minute walk from the main strip which can be accessed by an inexpensive taxi. the swimming pool was nice in a quiet community. the beach can be viewed from the balcony which is attached to kitchen and living room. washing machine was a huge plus! 10/10 would highly recommend

Great location with a very nice view.
I had some difficulty getting into the condo due to some issues with the key lock, but Nick responded fast to the problem and took care of it. The only other issue I noticed was an abundance of small ant looking insects in various places. Not sure if that's a seasonal thing or normal for the area, but I wasn't feeling it.
All in all Nick's place is a pretty good deal.

Good host, pool lacked privacy.. wires hanging from ceiling showing the place was not fully finished renovating. Only 1 television in house, needs 1 in every room. Once villa is fully renovated I think it would be a nice place and construction of neighboring houses was an eye sour

Nick was an amazing Host. His place is in the heart of the city. I could walk to everything. I will definitely stay with Nick again in the future. Thanks Nick. Hope to see you soon.

Nicks place was just as described. Just steps away from the beach makes this place the ideal location. It’s away from the Main Street so it is quiet and access to the semi - private beach makes it even more special.
If you are planning on cooking - bring / buy your species and cooking oils. Otherwise kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.

Now one of my favorite locations in Sosua to stay. Peaceful tranquil Ocean view From the balcony and Well manicure grounds very nice pool , property shares a private beach with a neighboring resort.
You can hear the soothing sounds of the ocean All Day and All Night I literally napped on the couch On the balcony every day. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating to any need or question you had.
Fantastic place to stay to enjoy all that so Sosua has to offer.
I will be coming back as soon as I have the opportunity

We really enjoyed Cabarete. This condo has a great view, and is in a great location just east of the main strip of restaurants. Our one small issue was completely resolved the next day. Todo bueno!
