Nick was very responsive. Had an issue with the door and he was there within a few minutes to correct. The place was spotless and quiet. Well worth the price. I highly recommend.

Beautiful, well maintained property with security and close proximity to the ocean. Beautiful pool/hot tub area with palms and view of the ocean. Beautiful lounge area above the beach. Bright living and kitchen space, dated furniture and appliances and limited kitchen supplies in terms of cookware and glassware but everything very clean and view spectacular! Large bedrooms and bathrooms, very private from each other with lots of storage space and hot water. Loved the quiet beach house vibe!

We really felt at home at Nick's place. When we had any how to questions, Nick replied almost immediately. Community is super friendly, the grounds are well kept, can't beat the short to the beach! Coming back for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at Nick's Airbnb! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Nick was a fantastic host, providing clear communication and great recommendations for local spots to explore. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend staying at Nick's place for a great Airbnb experience!

I love staying here...it gets a 5 star from me... but if you're staying here I would advise having a vehicle
