Great place. Will come back again.

Had a real nice time at Nick’s unit in Sosua. It’s right on the beach! Repeat… not ‘near’ the beach, not a block or two from the beach etc. You walk outside and down the steps and you’re ON the beach! Walkable to everything in Sosua town. Nice and secure and nice grounds. Both bedrooms were very large (main bedroom has a king bed). Winner!

Running water Shut down couple time but other than that Nick very respond , is fantastic and such a delight place Communicates well, everything clean.

Communication with Nick was quick and precise, great host. Apartment was immaculately clean with everything needed, plenty of towels and even a digital safe, WiFi was fast, security around the clock and just a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

All was good!! The neighbors did complain about the music, that was not even loud. And it was 10am but loved the place

Nick responds very quickly and gives great guidance on location activities.

Hermoso hospedaje, cómodas y modernas instalaciones, céntrico, perfecto si quieren disfrutar de cabarete. Nick es muy bien anfitrión siempre atento.

Perfect place with the perfect host. No complaints whatsoever. Nick was very responsive. The apartment is actually steps from the beach like the description shows. The Waterfront Restaurant across the street is my favorite. 24 hour security and doorman to the complex. AC in both rooms are good. Wi-Fi is good. The hot water is good but you have to remember to switch on the timer on the wall by the tv first.
