Nick was very responsive and friendly. The place was nice, clean and just a walk to the beach for kiting. Great if you're in the kiting world and a 5 mins drive to surf in Encuentro. Hope to stay here again!

It's a great place to stay very affordable nice and cozy and clean

We had a great time at Nick's place. The studio is very comfortable, well stocked. The location is perfect. It's right between Kite Beach( if you're into kite surfing) and all wonderful restaurants. Nick is a wonderful host, always reachable and helpful.

Nice spacious apartment with a great view and direct access to the beach. Apartment also has great A/C and hot water. The complex is also guest friendly. Will definitely stay again.
